Carton 100mm f/13 "MD" OTA Construction - Test Fitting of External OTA Components Complete
 

External OTA components test fitting successfully completed. (Click to see an enlarged image.)

 
The unfinished VSC/ SAO Carton 100mm f/13 "Mary Dawson" refractor officially looks like a telescope with all of its major external OTA components in place for test fit. In this state, I was also able to verify focus by means of viewing several distant terrestrial objects afar off. The preliminary findings look good. Focus fell outside of the midrange area of travel. Not bad!
