We have once again returned to the dew shield for the Jaegers 6" f/10 "Gelinda J. Dawson" refractor telescope to prep it for the final task before it will be mounted to the OTA. The task, painting. To get it ready to get its new suit, this time I masked off the flocked interior of the dew shield. But, before I put it on the horizon support tube in my garage for painting, I will have to trim off the access painters tape from the back end of the tube, which is the top edge in this view.
