Jaegers 6" f/10 "GJD" OTA Construction - Dew Shield (lightly buffing off primed finish)

Much like the main tube of the 6" f/10 "GJD" refractor telescope, after priming I gently buffed the dew shield using a 600-grit Scotch-Brite pad to a nice even textured matte finish that will be an excellent surface for applying the Rustoleum a.k.a. Vega Blue enamel paint.

The priming of the main tune and dew shield are done, and painting with a.k.a. Vega Blue will soon begin!...
