Jaegers 6" f/10 "GJD" OTA Construction - Main Tube (first coats of Vega Blue paint applied)

In this angled side view of the main tube for the "GJD" telescope, we see it wearing a new suit of Rustoleum Sail Blue (a.k.a., Vega Blue) spray enamel paint. At this point, I have applied two (2) coats and will let it cure few several days, before I do anything else to it. Note that the painters tape plugs remain in the holes for the guide scope (seen in the photo above) and counterweight system connections; The reason?... I got more painting to do.
