This is a shot looking down at the installed baffle rack and ProtoStar
FlockBoard from the objective end of the main tube of the "GJD"
refractor. Not the best photo, (looking like I tossed a hand full of
flour down the tube) but it does show just how well the flocking
material is held in place within the main tube by the baffle rack.
Actually, the flash reflecting off the fibers of the ProtoStar fibers
is causing this anomaly.
Note that the edge of the flocking
material stops right at the very edge of the main tube. Assuring that
the baffle rack is positioned in the correct location within the main
tube demonstrated by the ray trace design diagram.
