The assembly of the OTA continues with the installation of the focuser backplate and collimatable support that was designed by me and fabricated by Eric Moerman. I also added the black anodized 360-degree rotatable base for the GSO 2" dual speed Crayford focuser, which had to be installed before the focuser itself. The "GJD" is truly transforming into a beautiful instrument indeed.
