I wanted to let everyone see just how great the ProtoStar FlockBoard
flocking material works. Though this is not the best photo, you can
still see how well the flocking material absorbs stray light inside of
the main tube, even without the baffles installed! All you can see is
the faint light reflected off of the epoxied nuts for the guide scope,
which I will be flocking later with the Rustoleum Camouflage flat
black spray paint later.
This concludes the cutting and test
fitting of the ProtoStar FlockBoard flocking material for the Jaegers
6" f/10 "Gelinda J. Dawson" refractor. The |
