Moving the Bosch router/ Jasper circle jig combination to a pin hole that increased the cutting diameter of the v-groove bit to a clear 4", I completed the cut of the third baffle's knife-edge just as I did with the previous two using the Bosch laminate trimmer/ router. I truly love how sharp and smooth the edges are turning out with this method! Now, let's see how accurate the measurement turned out.
