Jaegers 6" f/10 "GJD" OTA Construction - Knife-Edge Baffles (drilled 1/8" center hole)

Drilling 1/8" holes in the center of the 1/4" thick Lexan (Polycarbonate) four 6.7" baffles onto - 4 (Click to see an enlarged image.)

In the center of each of the four (4) traced baffles, I drilled 1/8" hole that will be used to allow placement of the polycarbonate onto the pin at the center of the sacrificial circle of wood. This will allow me to accurately route out the 6.7" diameter disks that will eventually form the knife-edge baffles.
