Note the foaming action of the glue during the curing process to secure the T-Nuts. Typically, I would used water prior to moisten the adjoining surfaces followed by applying the adhesive if I were glue two wood pieces together. But since I was joining metal to wood, I left the components dry. This accounts for the foaming. No worries though; once the glued has fully cured, just cut away the excretions. Then I will test fit the threaded knurled knobs.
