Using the same routing method as with the first baffle, the knife-edge
of the second baffle was generated just as effortlessly. The only
change was to move the Jasper circle jig to the hole that would allow
for a 3" knife-edge opening cut. As you can see in the image, the
v-groove bit did a marvelous job of creating a perfect knife-edge in
the back of the disk. Only a bit of work remains to remove the coating
and burrs from the edges.
