The first step in finishing the knife-edge baffles called for the removal of the film coating. This was easily done by just peeling it off, which revealed their clear shiny surfaces. as seen in the photo above. As you already know, a clear finish is definitely not going to work. Therefore, they must be flocked to be made functional as baffles. But, next I will have to remove the burrs from the knife-edges of the baffles.
