Jaegers 6" f/10 "GJD" OTA Construction - Knife-Edge Baffles (tracing onto polycarbonate)
 

Tracing out the four 6.7" baffles onto 1/4" Lexan (Polycarbonate)- 3 (Click to see an enlarged image.)

 
With the router and jig setup, and measurements calculated, I used a circle compass to trace four (4) 6.7" circles that will form the baffles for the Jaegers 6" f/10 "GJD" refractor onto a sheet of 1/4" clear Palsun polycarbonate.
