As with the focuser backplate, the same was done here with the focuser support/ collimation ring. Areas I did not need painted were masked with painters tape and then the hammered finish paint applied.

Like the focuser backplate, this piece will be left to partially cure for a couple of days before I remove the tape to expose the finished component.
