Jaegers 6" f/10 "GJD" OTA Construction - Knife-Edge Baffles (debris containment system)

This is basically the same photo as the page before, except this image shows the penetration of the v-groove bit through the 1/4" polycarbonate forming the 2.4" knife-edge in the first baffle disk. Also, it shows the scrap piece of aluminum tubing in place over and around the Bosch Laminate Trimmer/ Router. As noted earlier, the tube scrap is used to help contain the polycarbonate debris/ shrapnel expelled during the cutting of the knife-edge into the baffle disks. Now let's pop out the central plug.
