Here is a front side view of the first baffle ready for finishing. Note how well the knife-edge was formed using this method, even before cleanup has been done. But, before moving on to the finishing process, I need to measure the knife-edge opening to verify that it fits within the proper size parameters of approximately 2.4" +- .2". In this case, the final diameter of the opening in the first baffle is 2.55",well within tolerance, as measured in confirmed on the next page.
