Measuring of the knife-edge opening in the first baffle gave a diameter of 2.55". Well within the proper size requirements per its position within the main tube along the focal plain rendered by the Jaegers 6" f/10 achromatic objective.

Now that I have covered the process for fabricating the first baffle, I will speed things along and apply the same principles and techniques in cutting the knife-edges in the remaining three baffles.
