During the refining process to cleanup the knife-edges in the baffles, I discovered that the small files could not do the job alone. I found that there were stubborn flaps of polycarbonate that were difficult to remove with the file alone. The solution?... a razor sharp x-acto knife, safety knife or box cutter. Any one of these sharp implements would effectively trim the pesky flaps off.  Once the stubborn material is removed, if needed you can further refine the knife-edge with the small file.

Now it is time to get rid of that shiny surface on both sides of each of the four (4) baffles. We will do that next...
