Jaegers 6" f/10 "GJD" OTA Construction - Knife-Edge Baffles (sanding to form a matte finish)

Set up with a 220-grit sanding disk, as seen in the image above, I used my random orbital sander to create a dull matte finish to the fronts and backs of all four (4) knife-edge baffles for the Jaegers 6" f/10 "GJD refractor. This step preps their surfaces for priming and painting with Rustoleum Camouflage flat black to flock. But, before we can start priming and painting, we will need to assemble the rack (called the baffle rack) that will properly support and space the individual knife-edge baffles for later installation into the main tube.
