Jaegers 6" f/10 "GJD" OTA Construction - Knife-Edge Baffles (holes drilled for baffle rack - 1)

Drilling three evenly spaced holes in first baffle - 35 (Click to see an enlarged image.)

To create the template for drilling the remaining three(3) knife-edge baffles for later assembly into the baffle rack, I used the knife-edge baffle with the largest aperture. In the picture above, I am just about ready to drill the last of the three (3) laser aligned 1/4" holes that will receive the three (3) 1/4"-20 x 3' long threaded rods for constructing the baffle rack. As you would surmise, the three (3) drilled holes are space 120-degrees apart, and centered so that the adjoining hardware (nuts, washers) would not be visible past the inside or outside edges. Once the all holes have been drilled into this one, I will use it as a stencil/ template to mark the other three (3) for drilling.
