Jaegers 6" f/10 "GJD" OTA Construction - OTA Handles (ready for sanding and finishing - 1)

Metal Handles and Handle Supports for OTA - The supports are ready for painting - seperated - 4 (Click to see an enlarged image.)

All ready for sanding and finishing, the solid oak wood handle supports along with the metal handles are shown here disassembled. To sand the oak handle supports, I will use 220-grit sandpaper via my random orbital sander.

To paint the solid oak wood handle supports I will use Rustoleum Hammer Finish paint without priming. Since solid oak is not oily, I could take advantage of the properties of the hammer finish paint, which states priming is not required.
