After all of the rails were installed, I rounded over all of the edges with my Bosch 1608 laminate trimmer using a 1/4" round over bit. Following this, the Accessory Tray was sanded meticulously with 220-grit sand paper loaded in my 5" random orbit sander. The end results were quite pleasing. The accessory try is now ready for the Vega Sky Center emblem to be made and installed.
