I told you so! Check out the mess the cutting of the Lexan makes! Even with the scrap aluminum shroud around the base of the Bosch laminate trimmer/ router, it still gets everywhere! But, that is a small price to pay considering the results you are going to see later.

Here I am completing the cut of the third baffle disk, with one more to go. I must say, this process is a synch and goes fast. That's if you can get past the polycarbonate snow. LOL!
