Jaegers 6" f/10 "GJD" OTA Construction - Knife-Edge Baffles (up-cut bit mounted in router)

To cut out the four (4) polycarbonate circle for the baffles, I will be using a 1/4" up-cut spiral cutting bit in my small laminate trimmer/ router. The photo shows the underside of the router with the Jasper jig attached and the bit protruding from the collet of the router.
