As viewed from beneath the router and circle jig setup, the Bosch laminate trimmer/ router was placed at the edge of the sheet of polycarbonate allowing me to adjust the depth of cut for the bit. A cut depth of about 3/8" will sufficiently and cleanly cut out the 1/4" four (4) 6.7" baffle disks on top of the sacrificial circle of wood.
