Lining my ducks up in a row, I chose to flock the dew shield first before painting. So, the exterior of the dew shield was masked off using newspaper and painters tape, leaving only the rough textured interior exposed.

To begin the flocking process, I will first apply a couple of coats of Rustoleum Truck Bed Liner paint as a basecoat to the tubes interior before covering it with the camouflage flat black paint also mad by Rustoleum.
