Jaegers 6" f/10 "GJD" OTA Construction - Knife-Edge Baffles (baffle rack assembly - 6)

The completed baffle rack and cut-off tool that will be use to create the notches - 46 (Click to see an enlarged image.)

To notch the outer edge of the knife-edge baffles at specific locations where need to allow for the baffle rack to be slid down the main tube, I will be using an electric cut-off tool equipped with a 3" cutting disk. This tool will effectively and quickly cut notches into the polycarbonate knife-edge baffles. Before making the cuts, I will mark off the area on each baffle that needs to be cut to form the notches that will allow the knife-edge baffle rack to be slid past the internally fused nuts and into its final position.
