As mentioned on the previous page, and as seen above, strips of aluminum duct tape were applied to the opposite sides of the mounting holes in the focuser backplate's unfinished rim to increase its diameter to fill in the gap to correct for the error in my design specification sent to Eric Moerman. The five (5) strips on both sides of the mounting holes did the trick, as you will see later when I perform the test fit. But, before we get to that point I have to finish putting on the strips.
